i had did this tcp patch last time when using sp2. i had forgoten wat was the patch name, it was an exe extention which will pop up the cmd.exe and finish the job from there. to shorten, my tcp was successfully patched. after reboot, get this windows warning which said there's conflic in my tcp files.

i think the patch juz changed the tcp thingy in system32 folder n not the entire tcp set in windows. then the conflic accur. after replace back with the original file, never recieve the warn again.

lazy to think much, then i juz staraight away format d disk... ahaaa...
