I visited last week, and climbed up to the highest floor to see the studio units. No doubt most of the shapes are awkward, there are 2 types that are perfect square and rectangular.
Nice view from the top, no blocking. It is about RM660 psf, fully furnished. Rebate now is 22%, keep on changing on the rebate. Wonder if worth to buy for investment. Any opinions? |
