I have viewed the actual unit last month and instantly turn off by the layout-very awkward and old school... That time the offer 25% off for studio unit and I think is around RM625/psf. The studio unit is located at top floor and it's a last minutes decision from the developer to convert the penthouse at top floor to studio unit. Seriously, this is one of the worst layout i have seen in my life. Go and view it and you know what i mean.
