No A-level or recognized pre-uni qualifications, you might not be allowed to called up to the Bar after graduating with a law degree

To answer your question, YES, you can proceed to your law degree after studying Foundation in Art.

Do you intend to practise/ be a lawyer?

The question ain't accurate.

Do you want to PRACTICE as a lawyer or BE a lawyer.

If you want to PRACTICE, you need to take CLP. Taking foundation won't grant you a chance to be called up to the Bar.

The only foundation to degree program I know that can exempt you from CLP is MMU's law degree.

Other than that, you need to double confirm with LPQB.

If you do your A Levels at BAC, you only need 2 passes to go on to the degree programme. You can choose the standard route (18 months) where you choose 2/3/4 out of 6 subjects or the express route (11 months) where you choose 2 out of 3 subjects.

I came from Sc stream and tbh, any subject you prefer would be okay.

Personally, I would prefer to take Mathematics, Law, English Lit with Economics and Bus. Studies as extras, if possible tongue.gif

He's recommending you to improve your language understanding, not asking you to take English literally.

And I do agree with him.

Most law text books are from London, if your understanding of the language is poor, you may struggle.
