QUOTE(pinksapphire @ May 17 2014, 12:32 AM) Oh my gosh, I've been away for so long...haven't been in touch with this thread for months now. I see that the rate is still hovering around 3.6% highest, eh? Nothing else seems interesting these days. How much you expecting?

QUOTE(bearbear @ Aug 6 2014, 10:59 AM) On affin 15 months, have a feeling they are not hard selling it. When i placed mine i overheard an elder couple asking of options they have for their expired FD. The CS only intro the 12 months @ 3.7%. Well maybe principal not sufficient or what i don't know. Likewise when i approach them i have to ask, their recommendation is the 12 months with 20% in CASA. mostly they won't allow, call to ask. Do you know if RHB got customer service tel no?

Yesterday put FD in UOB, 13 months 3.90%. Interest will bank into savings account.
Anybody knows what is the diff and why some interest they want to bank in to savings/current acc?
