QUOTE(BoomChaCha @ Jul 25 2014, 07:52 PM) You mean you had FD with Southern bank? Or you used to work for Southern bank? ... I am just a customer to the once-upon-a-time Southern Bank ... QUOTE(bearbear @ Jul 25 2014, 06:32 PM) then good for those who take up MBSB 60 months deal at 4.7%, from non-pidm to pidm protected ... only if they merge ... if you have been following some Malaysia banking and financial news, you will notice some unfavourable move by them, which I won't elaborate further than what I have stated here now ... Just in case you guys might have miss out ... --> CIMB Getting Cold Feet?** Please note this is just my personal opinion. Do and have your own if making decision ...

QUOTE(bearbear @ Jul 27 2014, 09:54 AM) for mach hlb can withdraw on the day itself even on PH. another benefit of online banking. Can withdraw on PH or weekend via online banking should be at disadvantage to the depositor. Because you can do nothing except renew at board rate or park your money in MoneyBox account during the PH/weekend. Therefore MACH HLB save from paying depositor 2 days extra FD interest if depositor not renew at board rate.

QUOTE(bearbear @ Jul 28 2014, 09:47 PM) so far with pidm >4% only both RHB and Affin also 15 months, will check out affin on wed morning Both come with CASA requirement. The best rate without CASA should be Affin 12-month earning 3.70% & BR 12-month earning 3.90%. QUOTE(MNet @ Jul 28 2014, 09:53 PM) How to transfer $$ online from maybank to MBSM saving account?
