Hello,  I am considering buying on unit here but many ppl tell me no carpark lot given but you need to pay extra for season parking.  The sales are not moving fast and developer is holding  TOP 20 levels and Jumeirah still not launch. Is the developer getting to trouble? TRX is also marketing hard

No sure how to make a good decision.
