Hi, can I know how exactly this works? Does it need a power source (USB, wall, etc)? Can this work with any LTE MiFi, or mobile phones? Is there any settings that we need to configure?

By the way, whats your asking price? Thanks.

hi, no need external power source, it is direct plug into LTE usb modem / mifi / cpe that comes with ready external port/connector for external antenna.

it is not direct usage for phone, phone do not have external port for antenna. LTE phone or other LTE gadgets like LTE tablets would need repeater solution whereby it consists of 3 main parts: external LTE antenna >connect> repeater >connect> internal wide band omni antenna(s). Repeater solution is to bring in outdoor good signal into indoor. Of course if using repeater solution, all LTE products like usb modem,mifi,cpe,phone,tablets all can enjoy good lte signal at same time, but the down point of repeater solution is the cost matter of repeater machine itself, no cheap for good quality, cheap price no good quality no lasting long. shopping complex, commercial building are adopting repeater solution so that inside the full covered concrete building also can get good call/3g signal now.

the economic way for household to share 4g good signal among several gadgets are:
either:
a) external LTE antenna > LTE usb modem > 4g router with wifi output (so that gadgets indoor are using wifi from this 4g router, sharing a same LTE line)

b) external LTE antenna > mifi or cpe with wifi output. cpe are those destop machine all in one, built in LTE modem+router+wifi such as huawei b593.

please pm me your existing modem model so that i can sure it can apply this metteor-link LTE yagi antenna.

Thank you for the prompt feedback. I am staying in an apartment, lower level and the signal drops (ping timeout) intermittently and this is very annoying. I have a LTE compatible SIM card but I have yet to purchase a LTE device. I am using a 3G modem at the moment which is very slow. Ha ha.

I would like to seek your professional advice if I should get;

1. LTE router modem or
2. LTE MIFI modem

Based on your recommendation, could you also recommend a device that would be compatible with your product and what is its cost for both items.
