Whats your usual energetic drinks after sports or workout..? Mine will be 100 plus + glucose.. Very effective thirst crunchers.. Others common sell at sports centre usually isotonic which i found to sugarish... I used to drink gatorade but not all convenience store or minimart got sell unless big hypermarket like giant, tesco only got sell it...therefore hard to find it as usually grab and go .. Who have other unique home remedy energy drink can boost our stamina and thirst relief fast...can share ...?

Taurine is bad for health, not to mention that most energy drinks like Red Bull, Monster, Livita, or any other exotic names/brands, have high quantity of sugar, caffeine, and taurine. It increases your heart rate so your blood pumps faster throughout your system, hence keeping you awake and energetic for the most part. Really, it is just a heart beater drink.
