I need TM agent who can help me to solve a problem that TMpoint can't do for me.

When i initiate the 4mb upgrade in tmpoint, they told me they are doing some sort of cable upgrade in my area so they cannot do the upgrade and come visit them next time but they dunno when is the "next time" gonna be. anyone got lubang to contact technician people that can do the 4mb upgrade for me, willing to pay extras or duit kopi.
