Can get some advice from a dealer, my situation is my phone line is under someone else name (an ex-tenant who I can't contact ) and streamyx is under my name. My 2 year contract is nearly finished and I want to take a combo package, is it possible to have it under my name? TM Nut says I must have the consent from the person whos name the phone line is in, eventhough I told them I don't know who it is and I have been paying the bills all this while.

What to do in this situation?
