The only way you can get your agentship direct under TM is your sales target is more than 1000pcs per month, and you have to prove that you have network all around Malaysia. So that you can be qualify as their direct agents. But if you complaining Dealer giving you commision slow, TM you might be more disappointed, because TM only issued the commission after 6 months of the application active to prevent fraud cases and cancellation. So you can consider whether you can stand for the 6 months and whether you could get a thousands pcs per month? IF you can, go ahead with it.

i am curious that why you cant provide the photocopy of IC? We as an agent need this for security purpose, and to prove that you are the owner of the service, or you have the authority from the owner to process with the upgrade above. If you not able to provide your IC copy with acceptable reason, is very hard for us to process it for you. If there are agents who say that they don't need your ic copy, that mean they are not following the rules which set by TM. So i don't think there will be responsible agent can help you process with your upgrade if you do not provide your IC.

Hope you understand the situation. I am not intend to offend anyone of here. I am just telling the truth.
