I want to register for streamxy whether RM77 512 kbh or RM99 1mph (with modem) but i got some question about it.

I got telephone line at my room already but it was cut. So it needed to be reinstalled or reactivated?
Meanwhile, my home town is in Bintulu, Sarawak, i will go back next year? Can i brought the modem back and use it in my house or it have been fixed? Or i need to pay the installation fee at bintulu agn?
