Any streamyx agent, can explain why i've been charged RM12.33 for TALIAN TELEFON - 4KM started 22/4/08 - 7/5/08. Do i need to pay this every month? I thought i should only paid RM60 combo + 5% govt tax + any call i've been made. call charge is RM0.40. ok la since it's true i made 2-3 local calls only.

there's RM1 monthly fee (CAJ BULANAN) too . 1 time or every month?

already call 100 and they said just one time only. Anyway just curios...

received 2nd bil today and suprised... RM1 caj bulanan for fixed line still there...
is it true for combo package u no need to pay fixed line fee?
