Can someone please explain to me regarding the Streamyx Combo packages?

I live at SS2 area and do not have phone line at the place i m renting.
If i m going to apply Streamyx combo, is it mean i have to apply the phone line as well and pay RM 28 per month?

My current place do not have any extra phone port, if i m going to fix it, will it cost me alot for the phone installation/cabling?
