I want to subscribe this package, anyone knows how much i should pay for registration + all the billing for 1st time register?
I dont have streamyx, but im using celcom BB D98 rite now with my own modem.

Thank to all whi reply to my request, but i need to clarified that my area is a new area and the dev confrm me that they had yet establish any line as pending from TM.

any agent from jb.i currently stay at taman kenanga.want to apply streamyx combo rm 60.btw i want to ask the price for my 1st activation.what cost it is?

Any streamyx agent, can explain why i've been charged RM12.33 for TALIAN TELEFON - 4KM started 22/4/08 - 7/5/08. Do i need to pay this every month? I thought i should only paid RM60 combo + 5% govt tax + any call i've been made. call charge is RM0.40. ok la since it's true i made 2-3 local calls only.

there's RM1 monthly fee (CAJ BULANAN) too . 1 time or every month?

already call 100 and they said just one time only. Anyway just curios...

excellent customer service..got special price for modem.
when my modem got struck by lightning,he came to my hse to collect it at replaced with a new one immediately!

i dont think the other reseller will do this..

highly recommended!

I need info for the streamyx combo 1MB package (Actually I'm interested in the 2MB package but I don't know whether it's available in my area or not)

Currently, I don't have fixed line. Already terminate the old line. May need to recabling the TM line due to bad line signal and streamyx disconnection problem <- last year (One of the reason I terminate the service + because I moved to other location last year. But this year I moved back again)

I'm in seksyen 19, shah alam (I need to know whether the 2MB package available in my area)

Streamyx 1st bill received will include the following fees:
RM75 for activation.
RM88 for installation (only if installation doing by TMNet Contractor).
First and 2nd month advanced subscription fee.
RM10 for stamp duty fee (effective 1st Apr 07).

RM75+RM110+RM110(deposit)+RM10(stamp duty)=RM205
RM75+RM110+RM110(deposit)+RM10(stamp duty)+RM88(optional)=RM293

TM fixed line 1st bill received will include the following fees:
RM75 for deposit.
RM10 for stamp duty.
Installation charge is RM50 (payment to TM).
Wiring charge is RM30 to RM50, depends on the wiring (payment to contractor appointed by TM).

but if u choose 2mb o 4mb,tis is need TM install.
