hi, i would like to ask some expert here for opinions.

1)my home telephone line was split into 2 lines last time. 1 is in the living room, the other in my room. if i put streamyx in my room can some1 else plug a phone/modem into the living room line and call out/surf with it? i have rented some of my rooms out so i was wondering...

2)the combo offers 10rm/month is it i can call any tm fixed line even like kl call sabah still free?

1. 1 line for one Streamyx. U need a router so both of u can access to the internet at the same time.

2. Voic 10 package, unlimited nationwide TM fixed line to fixed line call, u pay RM10 everymonth n u can enjoy unlimited call from KL to Sabah .

i am ent user 2mbps ADSL,

im noticed that current promotion for new reg 2mbps ENT ADSL @ only 4xx somethin... and 4mbps ENT ADSL @ RM 691.

my current 2mbps ENT ADSL @ RM 688..

this currrently unfair result to current existence customer like me.. wth new customer get the price @ 4xx, than + RM 3 can get 4mbps @ RM 691..

i would like to knew..

if im able to terminate my current subs 2mbps, then reg new, even my contract couldnt reach 24months yet.. i thinks over 1 years ++ already until now..

reg new @4mbps for RM 691.. is it possiblity?

You can enjoy current promotion if u hv another phone line which is nt yet attached to Streamyx.
Bcos if u would like to cancel ur current Streamyx Ent pckage, u need to wait 1 month cooling period before u can re-register a new Streamyx account for that phone line number.

If you upgrade from Basic RM44 to Combo RM60 (Wifi @ Home) package
you are entitle to get a wifi modem.
