wow thats a big budget for a gaming mouse  .. whats your preference? ambidextrous or ergonomics? grip type? with that kind of budget you can get any flagship mouse of any brand like ss sensei wireless, razer ouroboros, mad catz rat9 and others.. but bear in mind sometimes even these flagship mouse does not suit everyone preference.. only you know what the best for yourself. 

ive once own an ourobors, but sadly it dont suit my preference due to its excessive weight  . end up i use taipan it suit me much better than its big bro. what i meant is sometimes even cheaper gaming mouse may suit you better..

well, you can start looking at logitech G502 currently quite famous to many gamers due to its features and looks.. im also using it and its worth every penny spent on it. also the price not so high with your budget, you can buy another one for backup lol!     

mousepad just go with ss qck/razer goliathus.. these mousepad are well known to gamers..
