Well, most of the mouse recommended are optical and based on avago 3090 sensor. Currently I'm using G400s (avago 3095, logitech version of 3090) and Kana v1 (pixart 3305, which got many complain, but updated with latest firmware to fix jitter problem) side by side, with 400 cpi, I dont feel any different at all. I guess some people are just way to darn ocd'ed.

If you can live without easyshift, maybe g500s? Seems to be similar on shape

G400s is quite big, but due to the design, will fit small hand nicely, though you might have problem reaching forward side button with small hand, like myself. Coming from G100s and Kana, I find that Kana is the best fit for me, though after prolong usage of G400s, I starting to like G400s shape.

You can actually go to any shop, open the G400s front cover (just the front flip cover, not the box, I wont be responsible for anything bad happen ) and test the shape.

Im thinking of ordering mouse feet from Takasta (some famous dude on overclock.net and youtube, gaming mouse breeder) on ebay due to Kana v2 damn high LOD.
Price for 1 pack (2 set) is around RM15-20. Though could get cheaper with bulk purchase, not sure on the bulk price yet. Anyone interested?

I've tested a friend of mine IME3.0, and the build quality is crap, feels flimsy. Its already and old refurbished mouse anyway. And its a bit useless for desktop usage due to it fixed 400 dpi, so another mouse is needed, unless you're willing to navigate desktop with 400dpi.

For something that cost RM100+, better spend it on something like CM Alcor, Deathadder, Rival, Zowie FK,AM , Kana v2, G400s master race. Better build quality, and still can set the dpi between 400-4000. CM Alcor, Deathadder, Rival, Zowie has the same shape as IME

I just think IME is overhyped and overpriced. Unless you can get it really cheap, then why not

Pro player can use a cheap Kinzu and still owned

I saw alcor price. Isn't really bad compare to Kana v2 and Rival. Around G400s price. Quite... tempted to get one. Avago 3090 sensor

In garage sales, ideal tech selling them, the only one I saw so far. RM159, which is cheaper than Deathadder and Rival.
