razer doesn't last long... blacklisted.

Isn't this normal here? Most distributor will not entertain warranty if no receipt. Some give the reason that you have bought the item from oversea (normally at lower price), thus taking advantage of the market.
From my experience, I always took my case to international level, the main HQ. Then, show the HQ letter to local distributor.

Sometimes it can be the opposite too. Main US HQ says my warranty not valid, but local MY distributor honors my RMA.

Is there any shop in Selangor/KL that does mouse switch (for LMB & RMB) replacement at a reasonable price? I'm using Steelseries Rival 100.
