Hi. May I know what's the best long term wireless mouse?

I own a wired Gigabyte M6900 and i'm very happy, but because I use a laptop and am constantly on the move (its been nearly 9 months now) I think that for convenience sake a wireless mouse is better for my gaming on the go (and working on the go) needs, so I won't wear down and destroy my wired mouse unnecessarily.

Any advice please?

G602 is the best wireless mouse for gaming so far

just asking
how often does mouse sensor go bad?
i am asking because recently my G302 started double clicking, i managed to do surgery on it and fix the click issue and very happy with it
While getting the click fixed, i noticed that my aim getting suck recently compared to few months ago. not sure whether it is because of sensor also half way kaput? i did not remember i felt so hard to aim with this mouse before

i nv had a mouse that sensor went out before the click.
Or just maybe i sucks now lol

Unfortunately, it depends on luck.

1. My Logitech MX518 lasted for more than 7 years previously before the sensor gone bad.
2. My Razer Mamba lasted for around 2 years (first the wireless failed in 1 year and then sensor went bad in the 2nd year).
3. Roccat Kone lasted for around 3 to 4 years.

I have a number of mice which are about 2-5 years (or longer):
1. 2x Logitech G502
2. Logitech MX518
3. Logitech G500

wow
you have gone thru a lot of good mice
look like mine having high chance sensor going to kaput since it has been around 2 years. previously using G300 and encountered double clicking so my G302 is a replacement. G300 shape suit my hand more, wish that i opened it up to fix the clicking instead of RMA it which return me a G302

now keep me wondering why solid state thing like sensor also has such bad durability too

dam.. my 2 year old Logitech M705 Marathon started to have double-click symptoms. I'm so sad... probably gonna tear down try to clean it first.

The battery are really amazing, I been using for 2 years, and I haven't change a single battery yet.

It is quite satisfying actually to fix double click issue laugh.gif addicted to it since i opened up my G302

I have tried other brands but always ending up going back to Logitech as my experience is that Logitech's mice are more durable.

In fact, my G502 has fallen to the ground a number of times. Other than some scratches, it is still very usable.

Same goes to my Logitech G900 which fell once on the ground (just without the scratches so fall)

i tried razer and logi
i have better luck with logitech too, average most of them last me >1.5year
my razer mouse spoilt within 6 months and the RMA spoilt within another 6 month
I told myself that is enuf and never go back to razer and read many bad story about razer quality, i think i am not the only one

but since i have learnt to fix double clicking issue for omron switch, i think i could easily use omron switches mouse for at least 5 years without any problem
now just gonna find a mouse with good sensor and shape that suit me

What the best mouse that doesn't false click after a long time?

False click as in no click, double click, triple click, faulty clicks..

My mouses giving trouble after a year sad.gif

too bad most of them are using the switch from the same supplier.. that why it happens to almost every mouse even the high end one.
I just open up and do surgery on the switch spring mech to prolong the mouse life
i have did that once to my G302 few months ago due to double click and everything is working properly now despite the change in clicking feel(became harder)

almost all using the same omron switch, that is why no matter which brand you go, in the end you still cannot run away from that clicking issue
