QUOTE(rexksvii @ Oct 18 2016, 07:35 PM) mm, online purchase is not really an option to me as my house does not have anyone home in the day time and I don't drive so... hard to reach the courier collection center. And yes, i did actually consider Deathadder also but the sales in All IT ended when i saw that promotion. Or if you know any store in lowyat still selling with promotion price(around rm189), can you let me know which store? They are selling at 189 in 11streets. Get voucher and 30 bucks more discount. So total is 159 only. Feel like very good purchase.QUOTE(SSJBen @ Oct 18 2016, 08:11 PM) Good mouse. I am now considering both Logitech 402/502 and DA Chroma. I've tried both of them and I felt that G502 is bulky and heavy. Deathadder feels good but I heard a lot of quality problem about Razer Excellent sensor, very snappy, no drifting or tracking issues. Buttons are slightly stiffer than the 2014's DA (all green LED), which is good IMO. Scroll wheel is the same though, so expect it to wobble after 6 moths to a year of usage. The coating may be "cheap" to some, but I personally feel that it's okay. I've grown sick and tired of all the smooth matte finishes or rubber coated stuff. So the "plastic" coating on this is nice for me. As for the feet, it sucks. I feel that it is too shallow eventhough it glides pretty well. Replaced it with Hotline Games Performance feets and it glides so much better while also lowering the LOD. I've gone from the original DA (1.8g verson) to Zowie, Steelseries, Logitech, FinalMouse, Mionix, A4tech (oh yeah, everyone has) and you know... coming back to the DeathAdder, it feels like home. It's good to be home. It's the only Razer mouse that I can recommend today and I'm happy Razer hasn't screwed up their DA line yet. |

QUOTE(Jcsy @ Oct 19 2016, 05:35 PM) What's LOD? Any how I've settled with DA Chroma since the price is irresistible. Bought a long a Razer mouse pad along with it Hope my first Razer mouse will give me good experience. |

QUOTE(rexksvii @ Oct 19 2016, 10:46 PM) deathadder is good. If you found deathadder doesn't give you good experience then probably no other mouse will. I guess only G502 and G900 is slightly better than deathadder. G502 is pretty good build. But I don't like the buttons all around...always causing mis-click and it's heavier |

QUOTE(Jcsy @ Oct 20 2016, 01:57 PM) LOD is Lift Off Distance Hmm..my requirement for mouse is quite simple since I can't use that much of DPI. Good aesthetic look and good feeling when I use it then good enough already Some mouses have high LOD , which doesnt allow users to lift it alot (due to low sensitivity) For this round gonna try DA Chroma. If Razer dissapoints me then gonna go for Logitech next. This post has been edited by Duckies: Oct 20 2016, 02:03 PM |

Just got my DA Chroma and Kabuto mouse pad. I must say no wonder people like Razer. The feeling when I first hold it...hmmpphhhh! The rubber coating on top and the right/left click feels so good. Also the side button doesn't hinder me much. I definitely like the mouse very much. Now the question is...how long it can last XD
But it's indeed bigger than I last felt. My old Microsoft mouse is small and the new DA chroma is like 1.5 bigger This post has been edited by Duckies: Oct 21 2016, 06:04 PM |

QUOTE(jasmineivan @ Oct 23 2016, 10:49 AM) That's why I chosen mamba te over DA chroma. The size difference is almost visually unnoticeable, but definitely there is when you grip it although Razer already shorten DA once. Old DA is almost longer for 1cm. Some people may think the decision is simply for the lighting, I had my mamba te light 24/7 off QUOTE(Jcsy @ Oct 24 2016, 02:44 PM) thanks, saw the DA Chroma Saw the option but don't really feel much difference. Plus the mouse is big so I don't lift it much. Plus I only set it to 1000 DPI when the mouse has 10k DPI XD can you test with your Razer Synapse software to adjust the lift off distance and whether it can be adjusted, and its a big difference? Still trying to adjust to the big mouse as I was using a medium mouse previously. But honestly, getting it at 160 price point is very worthy in my opinion This post has been edited by Duckies: Oct 24 2016, 02:48 PM |

QUOTE(jasmineivan @ Oct 26 2016, 08:58 PM) Yes, comfort is the most important thing about mouse. I have said this for thousand times, try out a real unit before buy. Indeed I don't see the point adjusting to mouse, should get one that should you instead. I think G402 and G502 will be big for as well. Steelseries Hikari I think would be the best in size wise Mamba is too big for you, I will suggest Logitech g402 or 502. Unless you still can find steel series ikari (my favourite mouse ever) |
