ZA12 if you need the size of the DA. It is almost entirely different in feel though, so understand that.

Been using the ZA12 for 2 weeks now, almost prepped up for my review. It's a good mouse so far, not really much qualms about it other than the mouse feets being a little too thin for my tastes. Remedied by getting some Hyperglides and sticking them over though.

Yes, the original DA 1.8 was my main mouse for 5+ years before I finally gave up on it (scroll wheel was pretty much dead, coating was peeling like snake's dead skin lol).

I did try other mices during my use with the DA, but always went back to it because of how consistent it was in performance. Too bad, that was the last great mouse Razer made. Everything after that started to go down hill.

Definitely check out the ZA12. Otherwise, if you want the same form factor, the Zowie EC2 is pretty much as close as you can get to a DA BE. They still use different switches and scroll wheel though, as well as the sensor.
