directd is selling malaysian ori set or AP set arr? Warranty can claim from sony?

I'm contemplating to buy this tablet as i'm looking for a media device for leisure & work... so far, tried out note 10.1 (2014) and ipad... ruling out ipad as all my apps are on android and no point spending double to get the same apps...

Between this and note 10.1 is the z2 a better device?

what's the best place to buy arr? directD or from sony? i asked sony center today in melaka, no promo items.. just basic tablet, charger & headphone only.. btw, is the headphone provided with the device can use with the on board noise cancelling?
