QUOTE(pc-ox @ Sep 2 2015, 11:05 AM) Check your android version or build number. Is it already updated to latest (android version 5.1.1 or build number 23.4.A.0.546) by shop, but you not aware it only? I update for 5 times.BTW, wanted to root burning scare I can't update. Wanted to uninstall many stock appIf still below 5.1.1, you can update via OTA (go to settings>about tablet>software update) or update using PC Companion (must install PC Companion on your pc and connect tablet to pc using USB cable). You can download PC Companion from this link:- http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/ |

QUOTE(pc-ox @ Sep 15 2015, 11:33 AM) Or you can repair your firmware using PC Companion. Mine is latest updated.http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-Ion/D...-or/td-p/249946 Can try using physical hard reset button to reset it. The little red button is situated under the micro-SIM and micro-USB slot cover. Press the button with a pencil or similar item and hold it for 5-10 seconds until the tablet vibrates three times. If all above methods can't help, send for warranty claim. You just bought this tablet few weeks ago, right? (based on your post above) I did try to press the red button for 10 seconds but its doesn't work. I connect my tab to my laptop but no notification out on my laptop. Seems like totally no power.;((( Yes.merdeka bought de |
