This area is probably more affordable than many others as still got launches at RM500psf.

Under PV meh ? Because I know the developer himself, should be same team from Sungai Chinchin Gombak. Price around RM350k.

Pics taken 2 months ago, last week passed by covered by zinc.

i thought this was launch months ago? 800++sqft for RM400k++
developer is not PV but brother sister of PV.

the photo you taken is the site next to the Maxim Citilight site, which will revive the abandon project, thus not Maxim Citilights 2.
heard it's going to be a low cost apartment (someone if got news please confirm this) smile.gif

If I get the wind correctly, the abandon project will name as "taman pelangi" sentul by hartamont holding SB.
Selling rm300+ psf. Heard internal/associate sapued all the unit.

to be honest, if it is really an islamic primary school, still better than low cost apartment, eventhough i would prefer normal primary school smile.gif

well, last i heard was also some kind of "taman pelangi" things, but i didnt really dig further.
i bought maxim, thus i hope for the best revive plan for this abandon site, which is really eye sore sweat.gif

No, the school is opposite Maxim. Beside Shell station. Opened ceremony by Rosmah, it's an OKU school for autisme/OKU.

Try call Ganda Selat S/B(Sg chinchin Gombak) la, please google for more info biggrin.gif
