Paid 10% to developer in exchange of an official letter by developer confirming my unit when they launch. SO called VVIP event. Property was listed in property but now listing not valid anymore. This property is next to Danga Bay. OneInskandar
Now developer contact number no longer in service and can't contact them. Heard from developer's business associates (consultant firm) that developer sold the entire development to new owner and new owner will refund the 10%.

How true will this be? I am quite sure that i am one of those got cheated. Should I lodge a police report? Or housing ministry?
