If you have the budget please go for 1.6 SE Otherwise 1.3 is more than enough.

FLX 1.3 should be able to get 12km/l average combine cycle, if you know how to leverage on the CVT. In terms of comfort, neither is much better or worse than the other. In terms of handling, Saga FLX is better. In terms of engine performance, Saga has the stamina for continuous rolling acceleration, while Myvi has better off-the-line acceleration but runs out of breath at high speed.

Assuming you're eyeing the FLX CVT.

Means learn to take advantage of the CVT's characteristics to save fuel. CVT can be fuel efficient, but you need to learn how to drive it. If you drive the CVT like a normal auto car eg. Myvi, your FC will be high.

Take the FLX Executive if you can afford it. FLX Standard don't have ABS.
