Hey bro,

I think you had answer for your own question already.
You want your car with bigger and spacious.

If you have the budget please go for 1.6 SE smile.gif Otherwise 1.3 is more than enough.  rclxms.gif

thanks bro....1.3 and 1.6se only the body kit and engine different right?

low body is a problem?  blink.gif  Persona is more spacious though.

FLX 1.3 should be able to get 12km/l average combine cycle, if you know how to leverage on the CVT. In terms of comfort, neither is much better or worse than the other. In terms of handling, Saga FLX is better. In terms of engine performance, Saga has the stamina for continuous rolling acceleration, while Myvi has better off-the-line acceleration but runs out of breath at high speed.

Assuming you're eyeing the FLX CVT.

Leverage on CVT meaning? Can you explain in details?
yeah of course im eyeing the FLX CVT but then it have two variant:

Saga FLX Executive CVT
RM44,973.50 / Metallic
RM44,523.50 / Solid

Saga FLX Standard CVT
RM41,590.50 / Metallic
RM41,140.50 / Solid

whats the difference between them? i tried to download price brochure frm proton website its not downloading, redirecting to main site.

Means learn to take advantage of the CVT's characteristics to save fuel. CVT can be fuel efficient, but you need to learn how to drive it. If you drive the CVT like a normal auto car eg. Myvi, your FC will be high.

Take the FLX Executive if you can afford it. FLX Standard don't have ABS.

thanks bro. yeah smile.gif

how to drive a CVT then? Mind to elaborate more in it?

CVT cars does not accelerate like normal AT cars, you don't feel much pull and hence think that it is underpowered. Most ppl will then press more throttle trying to accelerate faster and waste fuel.

The reality is the car actually is accelerating, but because there is no gearshift (the shifts are seamless), you can't feel the acceleration. Just pay attention to the speedometer, apply only as much throttle as needed using the speedo as an indication to how fast you are accelerating.

If you have a bluetooth smartphone, invest in an OBD2 scanner and get instant FC or vacuum readings from the ECU, it is the easiest way to see how your car reacts to throttle input and learn to drive economically. This applies to all cars, not just Saga.

If you have not test drive the FLX CVT, go test drive one.

Yes. But you'll need to buy a OBD2 scanner first, like this one

https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1792872

Your phone with the torque app will pair with the OBD2 scanner, which will relay the readings from the ECU to your phone.
