Anyone can give me part no. for Canister purge valve?

My engine symptoms are:
1. Idling loud tappet-like noise after engine warm up.
2. Krak krak krak at 2-3k RPM range, sound like something loose.

I believe that part is the culprit.

Haiz, <5 years engine sound like 20 years old engine...
