Technical xbox360 games are page tearing?, COD and Enhance Arm got this issues?

I though I already posted the reason why the tearing happens when you asked about it in the Enchant Arm thread?
 It happens because some of the games on Xbox 360 doesn't use V-Sync at all. Reason? Some game developer prefer to have more FPS rather than turning on V-Sync. Read about it HERE |
