1. House have pregnant woman
2. Unable to potty train by current owner

Message to potential owner:
Aside from having a pregnant lady in the house, Emon is hard to potty train, meaning he will always pee/shit around the house to "mark" his territory. Potential owner may need to be really good in training old dog, or willing to send Emon to be trained by professional.
