boss ios 7 activation lock means cant be stolen or lost phones, it can be genuine purchased units, like you bought a used phone at forum with ios 5 or ios 6, and previous owner never release icloud account, accidnetly  if you upgrade to io7 then it will stuck at activation. so you bought from him genuine long time ago, now u lost his contact, there u stuck at apple id lock. so people who ever using iphones, pls login to ur icloud accounts release all acccounts which ever not using, i myself sold 50 iphones, and 50 ipads, when i check my icloud account i realised all under my apple id, so i released them,
