Remove GPU heatsink will void warranty?, Asus r9 280x dcu2 top

ok as title i want to remove the heatsink of my gpu however on 1 screw got sticker but not mention on that sticker warranty will be void.
problem with this card is artifacting, i change with another 1 also same. google around found that its asus design issue with vram so i want to add vram heatsink on 4 exposed ones (since now im stuck with this card =.=) |

I already chg 1 to 1 with shop before. Afraid after RMA will still have this problem. Stress test for around 10 minutes will not show anything, 3-4 matches of bf4 or dota2 then only appear. Plus don't have any spare gpu to use....
