1. How long does it take for the unit to arrive upon order?
The average waiting period is 1 week from time of order, depending on when the order is placed.

2. Where can I collect the unit?
The unit is available for collection in Setia Alam. Otherwise, just add RM20 for courier throughout the country.

3. How can I make the deposit payment?
The deposit can be banked in to our bank accounts with the following banks : Maybank / CIMB / Public Bank / RHB / OCBC / HSBC so you are never short of payment options!

4. I would like to pay by credit card, can I?
Credit card prepayment can be arranged via paypal, with the charges to be borne by buyer.

5. Are these units original? Why are they so cheap compared to retail prices?
Yes, they are 100% original. We are the earliest Pioneer headunit seller in Lowyat, since 2004. You can buy from us with peace of mind.

6. Is there a warranty on these units?
Yes, all units are covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

7. Do you provide installation?
I do not provide installation. However, if you collect the unit in Setia Alam I can bring you to a partner outlet where I send my customers to. Otherwise, I can also provide you with the contact details of 2 shops I normally send my customers to. One in Subang Airport area, and the other in Puchong.

8. How much does it cost to install the headunit?
Normally, between RM30-50 depending on the difficulty and amount of work required.
