Eventually they get all over my body..upper chest , bicep , tricep and even at my legs . It's painless but im worried that its getting worst everyday . Anyone experienced this as well ? QUOTE(TheEvilMan @ Apr 6 2014, 06:20 PM) i started using whey protein last month and i do have similar red marks, something like bruises on ur 2nd pic, however they're gone after weeks of work out, i wasn't sure if it's some effect from taking whey but it only appear on the 1st 2 weeks during my intake of whey, now they're all fine. but mine is already there for months..and it getting worse everyday and im so worried . should i consult a doctor or it will cure itself ?

QUOTE(cookies fashion @ Apr 6 2014, 06:21 PM) It does look like stretch mark...it will happen when u fat and slim down in a short period of time. So did u gain weight or u lost weight? i did gain weight..is it because of weight gaining ? not because of working out ? if its cuz of working out i might need to stop till its cure
