Looks massive. I was wondering how's this developer track record?
Not mistaken, one of their on-going project is Kanvas Soho.
Also curious on the quality and after sales service etc.

The Artist impression on the project seems that it need a lot of space and land to make this look good.
But having said that, the land that they plan to build on seems narrow, steep and small.
I foresee it'll create more nuisance to the surrounding than convenience.
Just my 2 cents.

Experience on how they handled SummerGlades was quite good. Very ethical and responsible developer.

it is a big L sharp land ??

if my memory is correct the l land is very tiny can build??

the site is so narrow and near the low cost flat, not worth to invest. unless the price less than rm 500 psf.
