Looks massive. I was wondering how's this developer track record?
Not mistaken, one of their on-going project is Kanvas Soho. Also curious on the quality and after sales service etc. |

The Artist impression on the project seems that it need a lot of space and land to make this look good.

the site is so narrow and near the low cost flat, not worth to invest. unless the price less than rm 500 psf.
