I heard that this was earlier objected by the residents nearby (low cost and mid cost apartments), but being approved...what a country we are living in.

I thought being near NSK is a major minus point tongue.gif tongue.gif aso beside low cost & being in kuchai lama icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif
Seringin currently doing around 550psf with RM1.50psf rental..

Not direct next to it. If the entrance near Sri desa it about 400m+- away. If entrance at the other side. Maybe about 500m+ away. Still consider walkable.

But i guess...even though taking all these (what u've mentioned earlier) + traffic and stuff into consideration, i foresee, the units will sell like hot cakes.

Depend which side is the entrance only. As long as not same access as mid cost apartment and low cost flat ok Liao. I think they may open access next to current cuci kereta spot.

Macam palace court condo case. Heard the PC entrance want to open same Jalan as arte kuchai and dynasty kuchai. Kena object kaw kaw due to too sesak for 1 small Jalan... If PC join in...Got 3 condo and 1 flat using it. At the end they use another jalan next to low cost flat as entrance.

Ya agree with all that... for a luxury condo ...
Seringin location is the best in the area... but looks like even it is suffering from the slow market

Distance between Riyang entrance and Sri Desa is about 25m or less than, VERY CLOSE

Oh confirm the entrance next to Sri desa?? Super narrow ler. Some more all the cars from low cost flat like to park there. 2 ways become 1 way. Quite Susah access.

I think entrance better face the other side.. The big longkang there. But Monday pasar malam Sibeh jialat also... Lol.

If the main entance is current kereta cuci lagi bagus!!! But suffer on monday pasar malam
