I heard that this was earlier objected by the residents nearby (low cost and mid cost apartments), but being approved...what a country we are living in.

I thought being near NSK is a major minus point aso beside low cost & being in kuchai lama
Seringin currently doing around 550psf with RM1.50psf rental.. |

But i guess...even though taking all these (what u've mentioned earlier) + traffic and stuff into consideration, i foresee, the units will sell like hot cakes.

Seringin currently doing around 550psf with RM1.50psf rental.. Seringin location is the best in the area... but looks like even it is suffering from the slow market |
