if you pick pyramid, 1U, Mid Valley and KLCC
citymall is below par. just do their rental psf and you will know what i meant here.

Those malls have been around for a long time, I remember a time when people didn't want to go to sunway pyramid/1U cause it was not that exciting..but over time they have evolved to become great places..IOI city mall needs to be evolve quickly and keep doing so to compete with the other more established malls.

My opinion is IOI city mall is the largest and the best mall in the southern klang valley region..and if you look at the amount of developments in the southern klang valley region (Kajang/Semenyih/Seri Kembangan/Cyberjaya etc)...its a massive pipeline of units..

So unless something is terribly wrong with the mall, I don't see it facing a big problem attracting customers...

The mall is only around 1 year old and I think it has achieved quite a lot in terms of publicity, attracting tenants and customers within a short time...

that is why now is below par compare to it peers.

Yes..But the best is not the same price as this? If can get rm 600psf, freehold, 2 car parks, walking distance to klcc/midvalley..Then that would be a better buy lor..
*
yes, if you want to put that potential growth comparison.
I wouldn't pick IOI can put extra effort on mall management. They focus mainly on palm oil.
While others peer focus more on mall and infrastructure development growth.

Haha...Ok..So far.I like the mall and i go there very often..it doesn't look like it's run by newbies :-)
*
you go there often simply because you stay nearby. prime malls are those that somebody from far will go there for shop or other purposes.
