anyone has latest info or able to advise what is the current progress? able to VP by end of 1Q this year as told by Agents back in 2016?

My agent told me the VP will be handed by March.. But when I asked Galleria staff, he told me maybe the VP will be handed on June 2018.

wondering when the VP will actually be given since the bank has started to increase the interest rate. IOI has claimed 80% progress payment since June 2017 and we are still left with nothing but to pay progressive interest for a longer period..

i can understand your frustration bro, same concern here. i did called up IOI Galleria and one of the staff mentioned that they are in the midst of preparing and submitting the application for TNB, Syabas etc. and yes, they also mentioned the project is on track for VP by end of 2Q 2018 as stated in S&P. i guess the good thing is there is no delay (hopefully) so far and hopefully minimal defects after the VP.

Yeah quite pricey, Area I think now is better than Sepang Semenyih maybe?
Some agent even suggest to buy landed property at Sendayan (Seremban) LOL.

Sendayan ya...... That agent told me got highway to KL (30 minuets) and got HSR in future.

HSR putrajaya station is only 8min drive away, (or 5 if the backroute to bangi is opened, currently only suitable for bikes)
