Block A open after Block D in same day.
Which mean all of buyers were booking the unit with 10k value voucher in morning to Block D, this is cause Block A didn't have any booking from the batch of buyers.
So buyer for Block A is different batch of Block D, it's just started.

No confirmation have any covered walkway to mall at the moment

SA told me Block C & D should be done in sept this year, and then wait for documentation think can be VP by next year March.

In my opinion, banner there mentioned mid of 2017 complete, but doesn't means that merchant move in and start their business on the time.
