yup, sunset heat is a big issue.
But you can choose the back side without golf view to avoid sunset

Everywhere also jam in peak hours, and around IOI city mall already much more better than KL...

If you talking about traffic issue after project completion, i think symphony and amerin in cheras selatan will surprise you brows.gif

You have to take number and wait for serve

Suddenly has been told that Block A is opening, this is surprise me.
The pricing not much different from previous block, and block B & C not yet 100% sold out why IOI open another 2 block in same time?
For other developer only will do this when previous block sold out and the price can be increase again.

I m thinking the only reason is they are going to launch other projects surrounding IOI city mall there, this township is growing faster than you imagine. hmm.gif

Block A open after Block D in same day.
Which mean all of buyers were booking the unit with 10k value voucher in morning to Block D, this is cause Block A didn't have any booking from the batch of buyers.
So buyer for Block A is different batch of Block D, it's just started.
