Went to sales gallery yesterday, updated here:
Surprise Block A First day sold half of it, not bad Block B is a only partly furnished in 4 block Block C sold 80% in 6 month Majority Chinese at noon You have to take number and wait for serve Suddenly has been told that Block A is opening, this is surprise me. The pricing not much different from previous block, and block B & C not yet 100% sold out why IOI open another 2 block in same time? For other developer only will do this when previous block sold out and the price can be increase again. I m thinking the only reason is they are going to launch other projects surrounding IOI city mall there, this township is growing faster than you imagine. |

Block A open after Block D in same day.
Which mean all of buyers were booking the unit with 10k value voucher in morning to Block D, this is cause Block A didn't have any booking from the batch of buyers. So buyer for Block A is different batch of Block D, it's just started. |
