I rarely visit this part of town. Not familiar hence no comment.
But on the bright side, this one is quite close to their hq hence reputation at stake.
Else property man of the year award at risk.
They might try to do a good job qua.

Looks like more of the 885 sq ft 3 bedroom units taken compared to the 2 bedroom units

booked 1 smallish 709 sf. Floor plan wise think can reno to 3 beds. tongue.gif

Hoarding already up. Think they are clearing the land. Location wise quite ok. around 1.2km to mrt

Current ktm station is along jalan reko. Mrt station will be there too. But im not sure about this project. 1st post say its at that road though.

HTC is about 500m to condo....located at T-junction traffic to bangi/UKM....

Econsave, shops is like 400-600m away, 3-5minutes. To SILK highway need to pass thru 2 lights if going towards semenyih, if going towards KL then 1 traffic. 420m 1 traffic lights, 600m 2nd traffic light.

Plenty of car repair shops along Jalan Reko.

Don't have to worry about access to MRT. There is access from Jalan Reko. See video on the station design from KVMRT website. http://www.mymrt.com.my/en/stations-list#prettyPhoto

Price is definitely, good. When I left at around 1pm, 50% units remain. However, I'm surprised not many taker for 1004sqft. Only hand full of 1004sqft unit. 2 units per floor, on the end facing pool. Balcony and master room window faces pool. Same goes with block B.

Each floor serviced by 3 lifts, 16 units per floor. Units starts from 7th floor onwards to 23A floor.

Well those interested, suggest you go quick. Value buy for the price.

Actually I find that Block A is better block. I'm surprised developer started selling it 1st. biggrin.gif

Evening sun no issue if slightly, just put tinting. Better too, cause aircond faster n easier to cool unit down, consume less electricity. thumbup.gif

See earlier posting packages. But I think only applicable for Block A. Block B very likely price goes up 15% and no more +2% discount....suggest if u interest better go book Block A.
