I hope someone can help me out on this issue.

I ordered some products from this Korean company known as AC Care Cosmetics and there are several options for shipping. I chose the most expensive one i.e. First Class which cost me 19USD and they claim that I can receive my shipment within 2 days. They are doing this by EMS. Here's what went down.

I placed the order on Monday night and I guess it must have been processed on Tuesday. So if the products went on the plane on Tuesday itself and it's within 2 days, I should have received my order on Thursday, right? But it's already Friday night and I have yet to receive anything.

Anyone of you here have any similar experience? Is it true that I can get the products in 2 days if EMS is used? Anyone can roughly tell me the process of EMS or something like that? Oh yeah, the worst thing that can happen is they didn't even bother giving me the tracking number so I'm extremely lost now.

Please help! This is seriously upsetting and depressing

I kinda highly doubt 2 days postage from Korea to Malaysia is possible

Maybe they meant 2 days for it to arrive at Korea, then pass on to local courier company?

EMS service is around 3 - 5 business days, depends on international shipping process and customs clearance..

Fedex from us to malaysia, 3 days. Selain fedex, dhl, ups. Semua slow... Fedex, dhl, ups ada cargo sendiri. No need to transfer to local courrier.

kopihazelnut, I sent them an email but all they said was I can check the status of my order on their website and ended the sentence with HOPE THIS HELPS. WTF? It doesn't help if they don't even have the decency to send me the tracking number.

Also, since I'm a little cranky over this, I sent them an email in a rather annoyed/bossy tone and they didn't reply. What kind of shitty customer service is this?

even EMS, will take at least 5 days. 2 days is like local delivery~ pfftt. and EMS no tracking? u got dupe bro. and EMS aint cheap~...

Did they give you a tracking number? Two days not possible. Yeah wait a few more days.
