Scratched and chipped a bit of paint off the front left bumper last night, wrongly estimated the height of the curb sad.gif

It's not major, but noticeable and would like to minimise the damage if possible - any advice on what I should do?

Try this, they got OEM paint touch up kits. http://www.ezytouchup.com/ smile.gif
i ordered for my snow flake pearl white (25D). Paint got chipped off when came back from SC mad.gif

Managed to touch up the chipped, make it less noticable

Bro,

How to tell the color code? Where to locate it?
*
check the sticker label at the driver side door opening.
It will show the recommended tyre pressure and paint code. biggrin.gif

guys, i've just dip my rims..
what should i do if there is some part not even? should i peel off the whole rim and respray?
*
Use cloth and dip petrol to wipe off the uneven area and respray the area again. Worth trying before redoing the whole rim.

hi bro & sis,

Can someone recommend me a reliable SC with quality workmanship around klang valley?

I am planning to send my car for firmware update (due to the glitch mentioned in the letter from bermas) as well as some rattling sound fix.

Last time my local SC failed to get anything fixed for me. All I got from them was a paintwork scratch at the front left door panel. vmad.gif

Bro guilt so far any further comments on your k&n drop on filter? Better fc?

I am planning to upgrade to k&n, more concern about the noise level. Tolerable? Is it a pleasant engine roar or just pure noisy? =P

I have personally tried having a reverse sensor and to be frank. I rather not have it. it makes reversing ever more stressful.

The reverse sensor is not sensitive. Thus, quite stressful. Among all, Toyota is the best.
Bro, when install the K&N filter?  laugh.gif
*
Nice timing bro, in fact i am about to install it right after i reach home later biggrin.gif
Just received today, brought from KaitoSpeed LYN. Excited!

In case anyone's interested, I will test out and let you all know the outcome. blush.gif

Try the acceleration. Really feel it.. But after a week, no feeling anymore.  laugh.gif

Yes you were right, the throttle does feel very responsive and really can feel the increase of torque.
Noise level still tolerable, barely noticed in terms on noise level. Highly recommended! thumbup.gif

Hi Guys I just spoke to a friend in the performance business and he said his dealer told him there isn't a Mazda3 skyactive KNN filter in Malaysia market yet. So is your filter specific to Mazda3 kodo or another older model?

This news is on the KNN site which mentions the product is there:

http://www.knfilters.com/news/news.aspx?ID=4461
The K&N 33-2480 performance air filter fits the following vehicle:
2014 Mazda CX-5 2.5L
2014 Mazda CX-5 2.0L
2014 Mazda 6 2.5L
2013 Mazda CX-5 2.0L
2013 Mazda3 SkyActiv 2.0L
2012 Mazda3 SkyActiv 2.0L

Hi, dont worry 33-2480 is the correct filter for 2014 M3 Skyactiv. Apparently we are sharing the same intake box with the skyactiv CX-5 and M6 (even the same as the older skyactiv M3 which is not available in msia)
