QUOTE(rebornsoul @ May 5 2014, 08:04 PM) This car is faster than golf on paper. Does it really feel like that in real? And i find the lack of a sport mode disturbing. I cant extract that extra power when needed. Any owners can shed some light in these things? which M3 variant? 2.0L Sport Sedan or 2.5L Sport Hatch? And compare to which model of VW Golf ?

QUOTE(bbball @ May 5 2014, 09:20 PM) how you guys achieve such fc? why my fc keep 11.5km+-/100km?? is it something wrong? i did not zoom zoom... i all d way steady foot to work and back home... my way to work and back home is quite jam...old klang road... is it normal is such a jam area? how many days old is your car? mine already more than 40 days if you are not a heavy driver, drive keep the rpm under 2K, and you can see from the meter: Current FC Average is under 8L/100km also depends on your daily route.....a lot of hill side? jam? need to always overtake people?

QUOTE(bbball @ May 5 2014, 11:07 PM) mine is just 11days... my 11.5L/100km is on average... should i see the current or average? my daily route is old klang road to kl sentral. i let ppl overtake me...cos i drove quite slow... hah...11days old...as time goes by with your driving habit, it will slowly go down the average the current is for you to monitor the NOW driving behaviour (so that you can adjust accordingly) the average is the result of your driving behaviour day-by-day (from the time you get your car)

QUOTE(Lennywrx @ May 7 2014, 05:40 PM) HI guys I have a couple of questions if someone can assist: Been using my M3 for a couple of months now got it in March and the issues i faced: 1) FC = Average is 11.2 but on a full tank it only goes up to 420-430km. is this normal? the tank is 52lit le 2) I also had the screen blackout once and after the software update by the SC in puchong I notice the Istop is behaving erratic . Meaning it use to stop and wont start till i let go the brek or lever to D. But now it doesn't matter what i do it starts back all of sudden not minding its in N or brakes are ON. Any ideas? Cheers 1) my full tank also around that range, not sure is normal...b'cos your FC = 11.2 is an average number, I believe cannot be an absolute calculation as = (52/11.2) x 100.... 2) the engine restart is also triggered by moving the stirring wheel....

QUOTE(Vinceyang @ May 10 2014, 10:28 AM) From what I know from the reginal sales head. The nappa leather mind be limited quantity. well u can check urself weather it is nappa or not. nappa is made from cow when it is slaughter at young age. Usually their leather is smoother and softer. While normal leather is use leather from grow up cow or older cow. So the lesthet is more rough and hard. Although the nappan is better in the touch, but the sin is also greater beside the sin.....it is also easily crack, as time goes by, you will start seeing some line of skin peel of...

QUOTE(bbball @ May 11 2014, 02:57 PM) Your SA is Jason from Sg. Besi? Those packages you mentioned looks likely from his offer... I do not have all those accessories above. Not sure the auto dimming and reverse cam will be safe or not as i asked mazda panel - gs, as per them there is no software support and wiring at dis moment..it's not available at their end. It's up to you anyway, for me i will not do anything which will have risk to void the warranty cos the above two item installation sure have mod on wiring.. SA - Jason is from Taman Tun DI / BU area. He is selling the car with most of the above things FREE....but the reverse cam/auto dimming are not installed from panel GS....up to you whether to take some risks here

QUOTE(Amras of Nargothrond @ May 11 2014, 03:27 PM) Actually I also worry about the reverse cam and the auto dimming if not support by the Bermaz service centre at the moment. How about the Taman Megah SA? Any comment? Or anyone have any dealer recommendation? Do you think if approach Jalan 222 showroom will be good? probably you can check with Jason first for what is he offering then go to other showroom and compare as well then choose the best one

QUOTE(guilt79 @ May 19 2014, 11:21 AM) That's what I thought to. I use the "-" on the paddle shift. It suddenly shift to 2nd gear at 60km/h and RPM at 7,000 and rising to redline. I quickly release the pedal and still at 2nd gear, revving. I step at RPM5,000 hoping it will auto shift but still in 2nd gear and revv higher. So, I use the "+" to shift higher gear. Then only it starts to go auto... Very dangerous lah on the manual shifting.. i normally will shift the gear knob to manual before using the paddle....

QUOTE(rebornsoul @ May 19 2014, 01:29 PM) "The reason why we have additional variants is to capture a bigger slice of the market. In this instance, we have limited capacities, we have limited resources, so we focused on the sedan at the moment. We will introduce the hatchback in due time and in terms of engine capacity, we will look at 2.5-litre and not the 1.5-litre," said Yeoh.
I think it will cost around rm160k.....
