You can farm it where demons are aplenty.

Act 4, basically...the demon elite you need to fight, before talking to Tyreal to the Spire.
That would be <1 in 5 tries in Master/Expert level, and would be higher rate in T-levels.

still no chance getting cain recipe yet , so i can go for demon skin set for time being , it for the fire reflects effects

i think modes oso effects the drop rates , i've tried a few times farming demons skins in master modes but it don't even drops even once hmm.gif hmm.gif
