hey there... i got a couple of timberland's shoes that need fixing. i heard the service is available in certain branch.

i just want to know where do they do the fixing and if permits can we have the option of changing the sole let say with vibram sole?

They're RM599. Delivery time is at 5-8 weeks, a little longer during festive seasons.

U mean they deliver to ur footstep, or they deliver in store for collection, and if i send the print out to other outlet like one utama will they attend to it too?

The shoes will be delivered to the store for you to collect. It is preferable that you collect from the store that you placed your order from as there is where the shoes will be shipped to. However, you can specify other stores for pickup though that would incur additional wait time as we would need to transfer the shoes to the respective store.

Ok, one last question, do they have sample material chart for viewing? Because from the customization website, i can't really see how the color appear in reality, so i wonder if they provide the actualy color and texture before we place the order
