hello
i am new to this health thingy. recent 2 months managed to shed of some KGs.
been changing my lunch meal every 2 week which mostly consist of salad leaves, broccolis or cauliflowers and chicken breast.
next week i would like to change it to japanese style. is the following ok for consumption considering that i am trying to lose fat, and build muscle.

For 5 days (lunch only):
1 : raw salmon slices (will be buying in ready sliced pack from AEON sushi department)
2 : prepared/cooked eel (will be buying in prepacked from AEON sushi department)
3 : salad leaves as usual

I do bodyweight exercise in the morning, and gym sessions 5 days a week.
is this fine?(i mean the food for lunch, is it good enough to lower my fat, yet provide enough of everything i need for muscles?)

*After getting to current weight for 1 week, i think i am stucked. its not getting any lower.

you can add milk to your diet. Drink one carton of milk (1 litre) everyday!

why not just stick to salmon, salmon is rated one of the best gym food due to the rich protein and omega in it

at first i thought just salmon is abit plain. so to add in variety.
but i think i will just bake the salmon instead of raw.
too many people disagreed me taking raw fish.
