u can either: 1. reroll now to get IAS.
2. wait till the bug fix only reroll for +dmg 10%.
which 1 to get is depend on ur build, if u channel spells then u won't want AS, if u want fast resource generate then go for IAS.
about which 1 to forgo, usually ppl drop LoH on weapon, unless u have serious surviving problem.
