the case abit bulky but it feel very sturdy and can secure the phone very good

it feels quite heavy at first but after that ok la.. since i have small hyperactive kid so i need a bumper kind of case. And the case still charging well on wireless charger. On the back is a hard case transparent plastic and my phone is black color

Hi guys, where can I get this Lumia 930 from an official Nokia or Microsoft store around klang valley? Is it still recommended considering it's almost 1 year old since its release...I'm strongly considering buying this phone purely because of the display, camera and most importantly OS...I like the Microsoft ethos and ecosystem..and this phone should also get the Windows 10 update right? I presume it would be even better with the new OS soon.

I use Arkon MG600 Tripod. The mount can be transferred to another tripod as well if you wish since the mount is using the same screw as the one on tripod.



But, I think if you buy one of those monopods the mount can be taken off and placed on tripods too.

It happened to me, only in fb app. How about you?

1. It will always switch on when charging. You can't charge it while it is off.
2. Use Lumia Camera.
3. Your naked eyes
4. I use to use cover but then the cover breaks and now going commando. I bought mine on TaoBao.
5. Settings > Extras+info and Settings > about
6. I don't categorize any apps in there as bloatware as per Android
7. You can change the battery, just not as easy as a snap back cover. I don't know if stocking battery yourself is a good idea either as shelf-life is another thing that you need consider in stocking.

It has been quite sometime so I can't remember the exact price, but it's below RM20 at that time. Price might have changed due to currency conversion. It was Baseus transparent hard case. Built quality is pretty good but the thickness might bother you. The case itself is not that thick but when paired with the phone it makes the phone feel quite bulky.
I think if Cortana understand than it didn't sound fake...

But Cortana has the best voice recognition capability. She doesn't have problem understanding me compared to Samsung's S Voice and Google voice recognition.

I usually just tell my friend what to order and he will arrange everything... So, I don't exactly know the arrangement.

I have the worst luck 

So just a month after posting the above, I had one of those "lets go out without the casing" days today. And as my miserable luck would have it, I dropped my L930 in the carpark at work - it fell directly face down and now the screen is totalled. There are absolutely no scratches on the outside (gorilla glass super tough I guess), but I think the layer underneath that is done for. The display stopped working and is very much broken  - I only see a black screen with only green lines streaking across now 

Looks like I need to make a trip to the service centre one of these days.

I just visited the SC in Amcorp. They quoted RM820 because mine is an internal crack. Bloody expensive! 

I guess I'll just get a new phone then............
