Hi car gurus. I'm having a Honda Stream RSZ. Constantly uses it to fetch my family of 6 (2 toddlers) The rides is really bumpy. Like my kiddo now use to say, feels like riding a horse sometimes when we go through the ever loved Malaysian uneven roads. I've been reading up some reviews for the Wish (2nd gen) and it seems it have a more comfortable ride and good handling as well. Do you think it is advisable to switch from my Stream to the Wish? Or should I go for the aftermarket suspension solution? And which Wish to go for? 1.8 x? or 1.8S? The S version seems to be much more expensive. Pls advise! Thanks.

QUOTE(jchue73 @ Apr 3 2014, 05:06 PM) Short of changing cars, a cheaper way would be to change tyres. Try that and see how. Can the CRV handle family of 6 that includes 2 toddlers? 7 seater SUVs not many around and most don't come cheap. I'm happy with almost everything with the car except for the harshness of the rides. Have changed all tyres to the Michelin comfort type (17"). Not much difference. Still horse riding sessions haha.

QUOTE(AmenoJaku @ Apr 3 2014, 05:44 PM) He's not happy, hence the thought of switching to another mpv. Normally, stock suspension is the best for comfort-wise. Changing to aftermarket won't help him to get what he wants. TS, have you ever tried 'downgrading' to high-profile / fatter tyres? And how does the Stream fare againts Exora, suspension wise? Erm. just changed all the tyres few months only bro. 2k already. Not likely wana do another trial and error with other tyres. If wana change, will go for either the suspensions or to Wish altogether Sorry, never try Exora before.

QUOTE(xaVier @ Apr 4 2014, 11:17 AM) I also own a Stream RSZ.. I've picked it over the Wish because of the more sporty feel, wish offers more comfort.. the actual tire is a 55 series, Yoko advan DB.. but the size is rare 205/55/17.. most owner would replace with 215/45 or 215/50.. if you've changed to 215/45, hence the bumpier ride.. best bet is to change to higher profile as suggested.. the non-rsz model uses 15" & 16" tyre only.. I'm having the Michelin 205/55/17 tyres as well. Before that was 215.. Sorry to say but it's still rather bumpy by my standard. Is it ok for you? How many max load do you normally ferry at a time? So we are in agreement that Wish is more for comfort right
